Free Shipping

We offer complimentary FREE shipping on all of our products within United States. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

At this moment we do not offer international shipping. Canadian customers can order our products on Amazon. We will be offering international shipping as we expand to other markets in the near future.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If you are not fully satisfied, we will return the full order amount, however you are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@beneplanta.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
